About the Service
CVScorePro provides AI-powered resume analysis, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compatibility scoring, and career optimization insights. The Service is designed to help job seekers improve their application materials through automated data analysis.
Use of the Service
You agree to use CVScorePro only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any content you upload, including resumes and job descriptions. You must not attempt to disrupt the integrity or security of the Service or bypass any of its restrictions.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund on any purchase made on CVScorePro within 14 days of the transaction. If you are unsatisfied with your report or subscription for any reason, you may request a refund through Paddle's customer service or by contacting us directly within this 14-day window.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. CVScorePro collects and processes the data you provide (such as resumes and email addresses) solely to provide the requested analysis and improve our Service. For more details on how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy documentation.
Intellectual Property
All technology, algorithms, branding, and designs associated with CVScorePro are the exclusive intellectual property of CDK Industries. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

CVScorePro provides automated insights based on AI models. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee employment outcomes or that your resume will pass any specific employer's screening process. CDK Industries is not liable for any career or financial decisions made based on the Service's output.

CDK Industries reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
